As a testament to how pleasant my experience has been thus far, I am submitting a Yelp review before my project has even completed.

I found Ray on Yelp.  I initially called him to let him know about a problem I am having with some unevenness in my wood flooring (caused by a potentially shoddy installation done years ago by another company).  Ray took the time to discuss the problem with me over the phone.  A few days later, he came over to my house and inspected the problem area.  The entire time, he was very kind and courteous.  After he looked at the area, he explained to me my repair options and the pros/cons of each option.  Knowledgeable + honest + no pressure = Hired.
